The solution is designed to automate manufacturing data ingestion, streamline validation, and make critical quality and process information more accessible to scientific and manufacturing teams. RESULTS Completed an initial agentic AI implementation establishing the foundation for automated manufacturing data processing, validation, and analysis. The engagement has progressed into a second phase focused on expanding quality monitoring, data integration, and production readiness. ### The Challenge In cell therapy manufacturing, every patient lot generates a complex collection of records that must be carefully reviewed, reconciled, and analyzed to maintain data integrity and traceability. For Diakonos Oncology, this process involved approximately 23 records per patient lot, including electronic batch records, handwritten assay sheets, and equipment-generated data distributed across multiple systems. Manufacturing personnel were spending an estimated 95% of their capacity extracting and reconciling information, leaving limited time for deeper analysis and process optimization. As Diakonos prepared for increasing manufacturing demands and future regulatory milestones, manual workflows presented a growing operational challenge. Critical manufacturing information needed to become easier to consolidate, validate, and interpret without compromising the accuracy and traceability required in a highly regulated environment. Diakonos sought an intelligent, scalable solution that could reduce dependence on manual data processing while establishing a stronger foundation for manufacturing oversight and future growth.   ### The Solution RevStar partnered with Diakonos Oncology to develop an AWS-native manufacturing intelligence platform powered by agentic AI. The solution brings together manufacturing records from disparate sources and applies intelligent document processing to extract, organize, and validate critical information. Rather than requiring teams to manually navigate individual files and systems, the platform is designed to provide a more connected view of manufacturing data through natural language queries, automated cross-validation, and analytical workflows. Built on AWS and powered by Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, the platform brings together intelligent document processing, automated data validation, and natural language analytics to help Diakonos streamline complex manufacturing workflows and make critical information more accessible to its teams. The initial engagement established the foundation for intelligent manufacturing data processing and analysis. RevStar is now working with Diakonos on a second phase to expand data ingestion, introduce additional validation capabilities, and advance continuous monitoring and human-in-the-loop quality assurance. The platform is being developed with traceability and future production deployment in mind, creating a foundation that can evolve alongside Diakonos's manufacturing and regulatory requirements. ### The Team We have a growing cost-effective hybrid team, with onshore Product Managers and developers from our build center in Colombia.
