The solution automates device data collection, improves access to product utilization insights, and establishes a more scalable foundation for healthcare analytics and business reporting. RESULTS Reduced the time required to upload and store data by approximately 60%, with data becoming available within roughly 15 minutes. Using Amazon Data Firehose, Amazon S3, and AWS Glue with Apache Iceberg, RevStar developed an automated data ingestion pipeline to replace manual tablet exports with a more consistent flow of information into Neopenda's analytics environment. The architecture was designed to accommodate variable network connectivity across healthcare facilities while improving the reliability and efficiency of data collection. The solution also strengthened Neopenda's ability to monitor product utilization and access operational insights through its reporting dashboards. With data becoming available in minutes, Neopenda can work with more timely information to support customer service activities and business reporting.
