DESCRIPTION

RevStar implemented a scalable agentic AI orchestration framework on AWS designed to automate cardiovascular simulation workflows, improve reproducibility, and support regulator-aligned quality control processes.

RESULTS

Enabled automated simulation orchestration, improved workflow consistency, and established a scalable foundation for future compliance-focused clinical simulation operations.

The Challenge

As cardiovascular simulation workflows became more advanced and data-intensive, Nexus Healthcare sought a more scalable and reproducible way to manage simulation orchestration, validation, and quality control processes.

Existing simulation workflows required significant manual coordination across multiple stages, including geometry preparation, meshing, physiology calibration, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), independence validation, and reporting. Maintaining consistency, reproducibility, and compliance documentation across these workflows created additional operational complexity as simulation demands increased.

At the same time, Nexus Healthcare needed a more modern framework capable of supporting automated orchestration, regulator-aligned quality controls, and long-term scalability for future clinical and engineering simulation initiatives.

The Problem

Nexus Healthcare needed a scalable and reproducible way to automate cardiovascular simulation workflows while improving quality control, compliance alignment, and operational consistency.

The Solution

We implemented a secure AWS-native agentic AI framework designed to automate cardiovascular simulation orchestration, streamline quality control workflows, and improve reproducibility across complex clinical simulation processes.

The solution leveraged AWS Bedrock and scalable cloud-native infrastructure to coordinate multi-stage simulation workflows spanning geometry preparation, meshing, physiology calibration, CFD analysis, validation, and reporting. Integrated quality control gates and provenance workflows helped support more consistent operational execution while improving traceability and compliance alignment across simulation outputs.

Designed with modular orchestration architecture and automated validation workflows, the platform established a scalable foundation for future regulator-ready clinical simulation and engineering operations.

What We Built

To support Nexus Healthcare’s modernization goals, we built an AWS-native agentic AI orchestration framework designed to automate cardiovascular simulation workflows, quality control validation, and regulator-aligned reporting processes.

To support Nexus Healthcare’s simulation modernization goals, we deployed scalable orchestration infrastructure using AWS Bedrock, AWS HealthLake, Amazon S3, and containerized simulation environments. The solution introduced multi-agent workflow automation, integrated quality control gates, provenance tracking, and automated reporting capabilities designed to improve reproducibility, operational consistency, and long-term scalability across cardiovascular simulation workflows.

The Team

We have a growing cost-effective hybrid team, with onshore Product Managers and developers from our build center in Colombia. Operating three parallel teams for different products and support.
