- Proceed to https://console.firebase.google.com/u/0/ and click on your project/app
2. On the side navigation, click the “Settings” icon (the gear icon) and then click “Users and Permissions”
3. Click “Add Member”
4. Type in the email of your Software Delivery Manager then click “Roles”. Set the Role to “Owner” (this allows us to access any keys we need, we can remove or lower permissions after initial development). When you are done, click “Add Member”
5. That’s it, you should see a success message and we will get the invite to our email!
