RevStar is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities with new and existing customers.

duties and responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking. 
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to increase sales and customer loyalty. 
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. 
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create and execute effective sales strategies. 
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay current on industry trends and market developments to bring new ideas and recommendations to the sales process. 


  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology-related field
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
  • Proficiency in using a CRM to manage sales opportunities and track progress 
  • Passionate about technology and innovation.

This is a remote position with in-person prospect meetings. You will need to be available during US working hours and actively monitor our company Slack Channel.
