As MyMedHistory continued expanding its healthcare platform, the organization sought a secure and scalable architecture capable of supporting growing volumes of personal health records while maintaining strong security controls, regulatory alignment, and a seamless user experience.

At the same time, the organization identified an opportunity to improve how critical medical information is surfaced during emergency situations. While comprehensive patient profiles contained valuable medical data, first responders often needed a faster way to identify the most relevant information when time-sensitive decisions were required.
