As ResultMaps continued evolving its platform experience, leadership identified an opportunity to simplify how users interacted with business data and operational workflows.

 Updating scorecards, issues, and action items traditionally required navigating multiple forms and screens, creating friction for busy executives managing business operations on the go. At the same time, growing demand for mobile accessibility, voice-enabled experiences, and intelligent workflow automation created an opportunity to modernize the user experience while maintaining seamless integration with existing platform services.

ResultMaps needed a scalable and intelligent way to simplify business data updates, reduce manual data entry, and support natural language interactions across its platform.

The Solution

We modernized the ResultMaps user experience through an AWS-native agentic AI framework designed to transform natural language inputs into structured business actions.

The solution leveraged Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore to interpret user intent, orchestrate multiple workflows, and route information directly into existing platform systems. By introducing intelligent workflow automation and optional voice-enabled experiences , ResultMaps created a more accessible and efficient way for users to manage business metrics, issues, and action items without relying on traditional manual forms.

Designed with modular orchestration architecture and scalable cloud-native infrastructure, the platform established a foundation for future AI-powered productivity enhancements, mobile experiences, and workflow automation initiatives.

 

What We Built

To support ResultMaps’ productivity modernization goals, we built an AWS-native agentic AI orchestration framework designed to transform natural language inputs into intelligent business workflow automation.

To support more efficient executive workflows, we deployed a serverless agentic architecture using Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, and Amazon Polly. The solution introduced intelligent workflow routing, multi-intent orchestration, natural language processing, and seamless API integrations capable of updating scorecards, issues, and action items from a single user input.

The platform was designed to support future voice-enabled interactions, mobile experiences, and expanded workflow automation capabilities while maintaining data integrity across existing business systems. By implementing modular tool orchestration and scalable cloud-native infrastructure, ResultMaps established a strong foundation for continued AI innovation across its platform ecosystem.
