The Challenge

As FayVen’s marketplace ecosystem expanded, the platform required a more scalable and intelligent way to manage venue availability, vendor discovery, and event booking coordination across a growing network of users.

Managing venue availability and vendor bookings manually created operational inefficiencies, while limited automation made it difficult to quickly connect vendors with relevant event opportunities. At the same time, improving personalization and reducing friction across the booking experience became increasingly important as platform activity and marketplace complexity continued to grow.

FayVen needed a more connected and automated framework capable of improving booking workflows, increasing venue utilization, and delivering more relevant event-vendor recommendations at scale.

The solution introduced rolling availability management, AI-powered vendor recommendations, personalized event discovery, and automated booking workflows designed to reduce manual coordination and improve marketplace engagement across venues and vendors.

By integrating intelligent recommendation workflows, cloud-native orchestration, and scalable notification systems, FayVen established a stronger operational foundation for future marketplace growth, monetization opportunities, and AI-driven user experiences.

 

What We Built

To support scalable marketplace operations, we deployed AI-powered recommendation workflows using Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lambda, and Amazon EventBridge to automate event-vendor matching, personalized discovery, and booking coordination. The solution introduced intelligent availability management, automated notifications, recommendation delivery systems, and operational tracking workflows designed to improve marketplace engagement, booking efficiency, and long-term platform scalability.

 To support Nexus Healthcare’s simulation modernization goals, we deployed scalable orchestration infrastructure using AWS Bedrock, AWS HealthLake, Amazon S3, and containerized simulation environments. The solution introduced multi-agent workflow automation, integrated quality control gates, provenance tracking, and automated reporting capabilities designed to improve reproducibility, operational consistency, and long-term scalability across cardiovascular simulation workflows.
